STUDIO CLASSES

  • MAHANA VINYASA

    Monday & Friday 7am
    Kaiako • Sam

A dynamic Vinyasa practice in a warmed room. Designed as a morning flow, movement before transitioning into your day.

Beginning with prāṇāyāma to arrive fully in the body, the class moves through a considered arc, warming up into sun salutations, building through flow and balance work, and settling into stillness by the end.

The class offers challenge for those wanting it, and options if you prefer a gentler pace. Sam weaves reo Māori and yogic philosophy gently through each class.

  • BEGINNERS VINYASA

    Monday 5:30pm & Friday 9am
    Kaiako • Sam

New to yoga or returning after time away, this class is for you.

Sam guides Beginners Vinyasa at a pace that allows you to find your feet, building familiarity with the breath, the shapes and the flow of a vinyasa practice. A generous warm-up, simple sequences and a full cool down.

Te reo Māori and yogic philosophy are woven gently through each class. Whether this is your first class or your fiftieth, you are welcome here exactly as you are.

  • HATHA

    Wednesday 5:30pm & Tuesday 7am (coming October)
    Kaiako • Bianca

Bianca shares a classical Hatha practice inspired by the Sivananda tradition. Rooted in yogic philosophy, this structured sequence is designed to support the flow of prāṇa, the body's vital energy, through the chakras, cultivating balance, vitality and inner awareness.

Her classes weave together prāṇāyāma, sun salutations, traditional āsana and inversion exploration into a fixed sequence. Bianca returns to the same sequence every class so that over time, you find strength and meditation in the repetition. Expect challenge, and notice how it shifts each time you return.

  • TERRA SOMA • ASHTANGA

    Tuesday 5:30pm
    Kaiako • Luli

Luli draws her classes from everyday life, something noticed during the day, the pull of the moon, a feeling that sparks creativity and asks to be explored.

Rooted in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Terra Soma Awakening Arts, her classes move through flowing sequences, balance work and moments of meditation and prāṇāyāma woven throughout.

A practice of full presence, connecting with the body, the breath and the people in the room alongside you.

  • IYENGAR

    Monday 9am & Thursday 5:30pm
    Kaiako • Glenn

Iyengar is distinguished by its commitment to precision, intelligent sequencing and the use of props.

Where many yoga styles prioritise flow, Iyengar invites you to slow down and find the full expression of each shape, attending to the alignment of the physical body with care and detail. Props such as blocks, belts and blankets are used not as modifications but as tools that make the practice more accessible and effective for every body.

The sequence in which poses are practised is considered as important as the poses themselves, designed to achieve the desired physical result while protecting the practitioner over time.

  • REO MĀORI FLOW • KOHA

    Monday 12:30pm
    Kaiako • Sam

A gentle vinyasa class taught primarily in reo Māori, led by Sam, who is on her own reo Māori learning journey. This is in no way a perfect practice of the language, but an opportunity to whakarongo ki te reo Māori and move your body. Learning new kupu naturally as you flow.

Suitable for anyone wanting to learn, no reo experience necessary. Instructions are repeated and modelled clearly, so you can follow along through the movement itself.

This class is free to book. If it resonates with you, koha is welcome, whatever feels right for you. A safe space to practise yoga and reo Māori together, gently and without pressure.

  • PILATES VINYASA

    Coming October
    Kaiako • Cath

A full body practice, combining disciplines from yoga and (contemporary & classical) Pilates, expect your whole body to leave feeling strengthened and lengthened.

Using yoga postures in a flow style sequence and combining Pilates moves to move mindfully with control, building core strength and enhancing a deep sense of body awareness.

An emphasis on repetition to feel the burn and improve muscle tone. This practice will uplift you as you move to an upbeat playlist. Round off the class with a juicy stretch and savasana.

  • SLOW FLOW

    Sunday evenings 5:30pm
    Kaiako • Jess & Luli

A slow, intentional practice, this class is shared between Jess (three Sundays a month) and Luli (the last Sunday of each month).

Luli weaves in Terra Soma Awakening Arts, while Jess draws on trauma-informed practice, together offering plenty of choice and accessibility, encouraging exploration rather than perfection.

Expect gentle flowing sequences and moments of meditation and prāṇāyāma woven throughout, with space to move at your own pace and settle fully into stillness by the end.

  • SUNDAY MARKET FLOW

    Sunday 9am
    Kaiako • Bianca

A gentle Hatha/Vinyasa practice designed to welcome any stage of practice and any kind of Sunday.

Bianca guides the class through mindful movement, simple breathwork and a nourishing guided relaxation, creating space to connect with your body, your breath and the present moment.

After class, you're warmly invited to wander through the Huatoki Plaza Farmers Market together, or stay for a coffee. No pressure, just an open invitation to connect if it feels right.

  • NIA DANCE

    Tuesday 12pm
    Kaiako • Belinda

Nia is a movement practice that blends dance, martial arts and mindfulness, set to music that moves you. No steps to perfect, no pressure to keep up, just the freedom to explore movement at your own pace.

Belinda has been teaching Nia for 10 years and brings a deep belief that movement is a celebration rather than a performance. As a qualified Nia instructor and Havening Practitioner, she creates a welcoming space where every body is invited to listen, adapt and enjoy.

Expect uplifting music, playful energy, and to leave feeling more connected, more energised, and filled with a greater sense of joy. Suitable for all ages, abilities and fitness levels.
