HATHA
Wednesday 5:30pm • 60 mins
Kaiako • Bianca
Bianca shares a classical Hatha practice inspired by the Sivananda tradition. Rooted in yogic philosophy, this structured sequence is designed to support the flow of prāṇa, the body's vital energy, through the chakras, cultivating balance, vitality and inner awareness. Her classes weave together prāṇāyāma, sun salutations, traditional āsana and inversion exploration into a fixed sequence. Bianca returns to the same sequence every class so that over time, you find strength and meditation in the repetition. Expect challenge, and notice how it shifts each time you return.

IYENGAR
Monday 9am & Thursday 5:30pm • 90 mins
Kaiako • GlennIyengar is distinguished by its commitment to precision, intelligent sequencing and the use of props.
Where many yoga styles prioritise flow, Iyengar invites you to slow down and find the full expression of each shape, attending to the alignment of the physical body with care and detail. Props such as blocks, belts and blankets are used not as modifications but as tools that make the practice more accessible and effective for every body.
The sequence in which poses are practised is considered as important as the poses themselves, designed to achieve the desired physical result while protecting the practitioner over time.

SOMATIC ASHTANGA
Tuesday 5:30pm • 60 mins
Kaiako • Luli
Luli draws her classes from everyday life, something noticed during the day, the pull of the moon, a feeling that sparks creativity and asks to be explored.Anchored by the Ashtanga primary series and inspired by Terra Soma Awakening Arts, Luli's classes move through a familiar structure with the focus shifted toward sensation rather than reaching a perfect shape.
A practice of full presence, connecting with the body, the breath and the people in the room alongside you.

REO MĀORI FLOW • KOHA
Monday 12:30pm • 45 mins
Kaiako • SamKo Sam tōku ingoa, he pēpi tonu au i te reo Māori, kei te whakawhanaunga au ki tōku whakapapa mā te reo Māori.
A gentle Vinyasa class and an imperfect attempt to share yoga in the reo I am trying to reclaim.
I'm currently studying Level 3 and 4 at Te Wānanga o Aotearoa, I'll have notes to lean on, and I'll get things wrong.
This is a safe space for hapa, an opportunity to whakarongo ki te reo Māori, move your body, and learn new kupu naturally as you flow.
This class is free to book. If it resonates, koha is welcome, whatever feels right. A space to practise yoga and reo Māori together, gently, imperfectly, without pressure.

WORKSHOP VINYASA
Friday 9:15am • 75 mins
Kaiako • SamEach month we work toward the same peak pose, some weeks breaking it down in depth, others playing with inversions, balance work, using the wall or props, exploring technique a little more than a regular class allows.
A carefully thought out sequence, focused on empowering you and building strength], with plenty of space to laugh and have fun trying new āsana.
Classes centred around inversions or peak poses remind me of being a kid, handstand or cartwheel competitions on the school field. I love that we're creating more and more playful, safe spaces where adults get to feel a little silly and like kids again, and that's what I hope this class will feel like.

Expect gentle flowing sequences and moments of meditation and prāṇāyāma woven throughout, with space to move at your own pace and settle fully into stillness by the end.

NIA DANCE
Tuesday 12pm • 60 mins
Kaiako • BelindaNia is a choreographed movement practice that blends dance, martial arts and mindfulness. Dancers are given the freedom to explore movement in their own way.
Belinda brings a deep belief that movement is a celebration rather than a performance. As a black belt Nia instructor and Havening Practitioner, she creates a welcoming space where everyone is invited to listen, adapt and enjoy.
Expect uplifting music, playful energy, and to leave feeling more connected to your body, more energised and with a greater sense of joy.
Bare feet or indoor dance shoes are welcome. The class runs for 50 minutes, with 10 minutes of floor play, dancing, or dancers can use a chair.
