IYENGAR YOGA BEGINNER'S COURSE

Thursdays 7:15pm, at the studio. This course runs on a term basis, current dates are Aug 6th – Sept 10th.
A supportive introduction to the foundations of yoga, Glenn will guide you through āsana, prāṇāyāma and yogic philosophy, in a fun, unhurried environment.
All ages, all bodies, all levels of flexibility or stiffness welcome.

SELF-PRACTICE SUPPORT WORKSHOP
WITH DAN FANTHORPE · MONTHLY · $25-35
Aiming for the 1st Saturday of every month, though please check online for exact dates. 10am-12pm, at the studio. Designed for students with an established home or class practice, seeking ongoing guidance, inspiration and support.Dan brings 30 years of teaching experience, 12 of them training in India as an Ashtanga teacher, followed by 9 years running his own studio in Australia.
Now holding a Master of Osteopathy, Dan draws on a clinically-informed understanding of the body's pathophysiology to inform how he teaches yoga.
He teaches from a traditional, individual approach, adapting the practice to you rather than teaching solely to the group. Expect space to refine technique, ask questions, and explore whatever's coming up in your practice right now.

YOGA FOR YOU (+ OR – LITTLE ONES)
WITH RIA · 8 WEEKS · $100-120
Wednesdays 10-11am, at the studio. Designed to make yoga more accessible for parents, whether you bring a little one along or come by yourself. A warm, relaxed space to move, breathe and reset, adapting as needed, with sweet interruptions always welcome.This course needs 10 registrations to go ahead, so we're pausing on a start date until we get there. NIA DANCE
WITH BELINDA · WEEKLY · STUDIO PRICING
Tuesdays 12-1pm, starting Aug 11th, at the studio. A joyful blend of choreographed dance, martial arts and mindfulness, set to music that moves you. Dancers are given the freedom to explore movement in their own way.
Belinda discovered Nia 10 years ago and instantly fell in love with its unique blend of music, movement, mindfulness and joy. As a black belt Nia instructor and Havening Practitioner, she creates a welcoming space where every body is invited to listen, adapt and enjoy.
Expect uplifting music, playful energy, and to leave feeling more connected, more energised, and with a greater sense of joy. Bare feet and indoor dance shoes are welcome, the class runs for 50 minutes, with 10 minutes of floor play, dancing, or dancers can use a chair.
All ages, all abilities and fitness levels welcome.
